You can explain where you are experiencing your problem areas and most likely she will already know by placing her hands on you and feeling the heat from your trigger points.
It's okay to say that today your back is hurting, or maybe it's your neck. Next week perhaps it's your feet. Jian will tailor the massage to reduce the pain where it hurts or helps most to reduce your stress (For example some people feel stress most in their back and shoulders while others feel it most in their feet).
